I can't see a player in the payment portal?

Check if this is currently set up in Whole Game (players need to have player roles etc.) - if they do, and you still don’t see them, please contact matchday@thefa.com. 


Top Tip: If a user has a duplicate FAN or an email address shared with another user in Whole Game, they won’t be able to login.
