Why are we taking this approach?

Over the years, Manchester FA has received the feedback that it has not always been easy or straightforward to get to speak to a member of our team on the phone. 


We have heard you and have been working hard to create an innovative solution which supports you, our members, with the highest levels of customer service that you deserve,

From 1st June 2025, our inbound telephone line will no longer be in use. Instead, all customer support calls should be booked via our call-back system.


This change allows us to:


    Guarantee that your query reaches the right person

    Reduce missed calls and unnecessary hold times

    Prepare better for each call, making your time count

    Put you in control of when we talk


This new offer complements our existing 24/7 self-service knowledge base, live chat and email services, giving you even more choice in how you get support.
