How to Submit Further Evidence - Player Dispensation

The Dispensation process as undergone some updates. We understand in season 23/24 many individuals struggled adding new evidence or the application was not correctly sending back to the FA. This has now been updated and resolved. The process should be much quicker for all involved

The Grassroots Service desk team are now operating as First Line Triage for all dispensation queries and applications. Therefore if you require any support or guidance please use the submit a ticket located top right. The Equality mailbox will no longer be accepting emails.

Guide to adding further evidence

1, Head to myaccount.thefa.com and log into your account, Click into the child you wish to check the dispensation application for

2. Scroll down to application dashboard

3. Click "View Application"

4. Scroll down to view comments made by the FA

5. Add the additional evidence required

6.Submit the application back to the FA
