Editing Details on WGS

1. Players

To edit a player details, click on the player on Whole Game System. From here click on the ‘edit details’ function under the player photo.

This should give you the option to edit player details. Please note that you will not be able to edit a players name, date of birth or gender. If you find that these are incorrect, please contact your County FA with the players FAN number and the correct details you wish to have updated. 

2. Team officials 

If any details need to be updated for team officials or club officials, the individual themselves can logon to Whole Game System and click ‘my account’ and update their own details. Please note you will not be able to update your first and last name or your Date of Birth. To do this you will need to contact your County FA. The club secretary, chairman or welfare officer can also do this, via the safeguarding icon.
